1. Именно что сравнивают. И очень часто.
2. Вы меня неверно поняли. Беженцы настоящие. А вот в Европе - именно те, кто хочет жить в Европе и только там. Потому что там решили пораздавать ништяков. Ну и (некотрые) - по партийному заданию.
